Message from Management

The Investment Corporation and the Asset Management Company seek to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through real estate investment management, while striving to enhance unitholder value over the medium to long term.

In recent years, the roles expected of companies have continued to expand, including addressing climate change, enhancing human capital, and strengthening governance. The Investment Corporation is also taking steps to address these issues.

On the environmental front, we are advancing our decarbonization initiatives in accordance with the Transition Roadmap formulated to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050. By improving the environmental performance of our portfolio properties and reducing energy consumption, we are working to reduce our environmental impact while maintaining and enhancing asset value, with a view to future changes in social and market conditions.

On the social and governance fronts, we are fostering an organization in which people with diverse backgrounds can fully demonstrate their capabilities and promoting employee development, while continuing to maintain rigorous compliance and strengthen our risk management framework.

The regulatory landscape and societal expectations surrounding sustainability continue to evolve. The Investment Corporation will closely monitor these developments and respond appropriately.
